Job Description:

We are seeking qualified and experienced Crew to join our Speed Catamaran excursion team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the catamaran and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Operate the speed catamaran and manage all related functions, including maintenance and cleanliness
Supervise and lead the crew on board during daily excursions
Coordinate and support local tour guides
Maintain all equipment and supplies on the catamaran and at the lounge
Ensure safety, readiness, and proper maintenance of the vessel and lounge at all times

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience operating a speed catamaran or speedboat
Valid certificated boat driver license
Strong knowledge of sea routes, weather conditions, and navigation
Familiarity with safety standards, catamaran systems, and engines
Leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
First aid or CPR certification (preferred)
Strong swimming skills
Clean criminal and drug record
Ability to communicate in English (an advantage)
Customer service mindset
