Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Shift Engineer to join our wonderful team at London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale. You will be responsible for carrying out any repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out any repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel
Respond to and attend to guest repair requests
Perform preventative maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment
Build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel
Report on any new or developing engineering works to the Engineering Manager
Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel
Assist with inventory organisation and ordering

Requirements:

Organisation and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills
Prior experience as an Engineer in hotels
Excellent communication skills
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
