Kickstart your career at Easygo as a Casino Technical Coordinator and turn your passion for iGaming into real impact. You’ll support the day-to-day technical operations of our casino product. From game activations and QA testing to content administration, reporting and provider coordination, you’ll keep everything running smoothly. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, building a solid foundation in casino tech while contributing to a fast-paced, growing product.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the day-to-day management of the casino across multiple brands, which includes activation of games, QA testing and creating technical framework
  • Manage the administration of activating content, conducting technical checks and processes
  • Monitor performance, promotional activity and content through analysis
  • Be the key liaison for Tier 1-3 providers to assist with technical responsibilities
  • Maintaining updated game roadmaps and key dates for Casino Operations Team
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Design and Development to deliver above responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships, managing expectations and aligning diverse interests toward common goals
  • Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
  • An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication and content
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design to prepare visual assets for campaigns
  • An ability to work with complexities and to progress with several tasks at a time.
