Job Description:

Promote and manage the Player’s Club and special events; ensure adherence to company policies; foster excellent guest engagement and service; maintain professionalism and uphold company standards

Job Responsibility:

Promote the Player’s Club and its benefits to guests
promote enrollment in Player’s Club to eligible guests
implement promotions and facilitate special events and entertainment
assist guests and distribute information about casino activities
meet and greet customers upon arrival
monitor machines within assigned area for security and condition
make announcements and maintain information regarding casino promotions, entertainment, and events
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification
