Job Description:

The Casino Cage Supervisor at Marriott Aruba Resort oversees casino cage procedures, ensures security and accuracy of company assets, acts as a role model for employees, and delivers exceptional service to guests in a high-energy hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Perform cashier duties
Supervise casino cage procedures
Prepare and distribute individual banks to cashiers
Monitor and request all cage supplies
Serve as a departmental role model or mentor
Assist management in establishing and communicating goals, performance expectations, and deadlines
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Assist individuals with disabilities
Acknowledge and assist guests with service needs
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 3 years of related work experience
Ability to lift objects weighing less than 40 pounds without assistance
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period
