We are recruiting a Case Worker to join our Homes for Ukraine wraparound support service. The role supports Ukrainians living in the community to access services, build independence, and improve wellbeing.
Job Responsibility:
Support Ukrainians living in the community to access services, build independence, and improve wellbeing
Support people to access and navigate community services
Provide practical information, advice and support
Work closely with local support groups
Signpost to specialist services when needed
Help organise community activities
Requirements:
Experience working with vulnerable people (for example, people at risk of homelessness, experiencing mental or physical health challenges, domestic abuse, or displacement)
Understanding of housing and welfare benefits systems
Ability to speak Ukrainian
Experience supporting people to access community services
Good record-keeping skills
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Nice to have:
Lived experience as a migrant or refugee (or as a family member of one)
