This role involves a high level of customer service, case management, and language skills, particularly in Dari, Pashto, or Farsi. As a Case Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing applications, maintaining case files, and assisting participants with necessary case management services.

Efficiently process and review customer applications
Maintain and update case files
Assist participants with case management services
Respond to routine requests for information
Follow-up on existing cases

Work in a client services environment
Use language skills in Dari or Farsi to communicate effectively
Requirements:
Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, or Farsi
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to resolve Customer Service issues effectively and efficiently
