Robert Half is partnering with a reputable insurance company in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Administrator. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of insurance applications, case files, and client documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a customer-first mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the main point of contact for case file management and policy documentation
Review, process, and track new applications, claims, and policy changes
Ensure completeness and accuracy of case files, resolving missing or incorrect data
Communicate with internal departments, underwriters, and clients to obtain necessary information
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other internal databases
Generate reports and status updates for management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
Support case escalation, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative, operations, or case management experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
