Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker, you will help ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by managing physical shopping tools, addressing customer needs, monitoring hardware, and supporting other customer service areas. This role requires interactions with both co-workers and customers to build a positive and joyful experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
ensure that physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
report IT issues
remove unsafe tools
address customer needs and resolve issues
escalate matters to a manager when needed
support customer service areas such as FSHO, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
ensure a positive customer experience
ensure products and equipment are properly staged
create an environment embracing the diversity of co-workers and customers

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently
must be able to work nights & weekends
