Job Description:

A part-time retail role at IKEA, focusing on customer service and the upkeep of shopping tools, including carts, yellow bags, and other physical and digital tools. Responsibilities include assisting customers in car loading/unloading, maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store's loading zone, and supporting areas like Click & Collect and Exchanges & Returns.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
report any IT issues
remove any unsafe physical stands or tools
address customer needs and resolve issues
support other customer service areas including Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect
create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
open availability Monday through Sunday
ability to work in a retail environment
ability to work outdoors 50% of the time
