Job Description:

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, customer support, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while contributing to the IKEA culture.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean
ensure all physical shopping tools are stocked and maintained
monitor condition of shopping tools and report issues
address customer needs
escalate matters to a manager when needed
support other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
provide efficient handout experience in FSHO
stage products and equipment properly in Returns
ensure accurate order handoff in Click & Collect
contribute to a positive and inclusive environment embracing diversity.

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently.
