The Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the Cardiovascular program in accordance with facility policies, service line objectives, and clinical standards. Accountable for program accreditation and/or certification by regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
CA RN License (RN:CA)
BLS Life Support CPR(BLS-CPR)
BSN (Bachelor's of Nursing Diploma or by endorsement)
4 - 6 Years of Acute Care experience
1 - 3 years of Cardiovascular experience
Experience with Program Coordination
Requires advance knowledge in nursing, evidence-based practice methods, and person-centered care concepts
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and requirements
Nice to have:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's
MSN (Master's of Nursing)
Previous Leadership experience
Experience with data analysis and performance improvement
