Job Description:

Car Wash Attendant at Circle K, responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the car wash, and ensuring smooth operations. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting. Position offers competitive pay, benefits, and career opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available
Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash
Field customer inquiries
Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Report to work on time and follow the dress and appearance code.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills including active listening
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
Ability to work as a team
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Customer service and some sales experience preferred
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs
Ability to work in damp and humid conditions and variable outdoor weather
Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
