Job Description:

An exciting new opportunity for a Capture & Frameworks Manager to join one of the world’s largest audit, tax and consulting firms. This is a hybrid role and can be based in either their London, Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester office. They are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Capture & Frameworks Manager to take leadership responsibilities over the applications of their ongoing management of frameworks and dynamic markets, and master services agreements. These will be predominantly public sector frameworks, with the expectation that the role will expand to cover private sector master services agreements within 12 months.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing background assessments on historic activity and spend against frameworks to prepare for qualification calls
  • Monitoring framework pipeline and working with the business to identity and prepare for upcoming frameworks
  • Attending supplier pre-market engagement sessions and feeding back to stakeholders on key points / actions required
  • Identifying (with support) the right individuals and areas of the business to own the responses to questions
  • Capturing and disseminating best practice approaches to framework and dynamic market responses across relevant business areas, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Developing and running training on how frameworks and dynamic markets can be responded to and utilised
  • Engaging with relevant internal teams (legal, IT, etc) to coordinate responses
  • Supporting client-facing teams to draft responses to technical questions and managing development of relevant case studies
  • Conducting analysis of opportunities received via frameworks and identifying patterns in missing skills / credentials / capabilities

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with public sector procurement practices, including relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience responding to large public sector frameworks, including use of procurement portals and digital platforms
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to influence and engage with leaders in diverse areas of the business
  • Experience within a professional services firm (accountancy, legal, consultancy, etc)
