Job Description:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at The Westin Ningbo. Responsible for menu knowledge, communication with kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent guest service while supporting team goals and adhering to quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned tables
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
Follow company safety and security policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
