Job Responsibility:

Lead our service team with confidence and charisma
Coordinate with management to set and maintain service standards
Welcome and seat guests, ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience
Manage reservations efficiently, optimizing table turnover
Liaise between the kitchen and the dining room for smooth service
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
Mentor and train team members to uphold our service standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Captain or similar role at least 2 years
Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
