The Capital Markets division is intricately organised into specialised domains encompassing equity and debt origination, loans, structuring, risk management, and syndication. These functions operate within distinct business units such as: Debt Capital Markets, Risk Solutions Group, Equity Capital Markets, and Leveraged Finance and Syndicate.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in the day-to-day activities of the capital markets division
Provide insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions
Develop new products and services
Identify new market opportunities
Execute small research projects
Research to support strategic decision making
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings
Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for capital markets
Advise a broad range of corporate clients to deliver holistic, structured solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Participate in training and development programs
Identify opportunities and develop business cases
Manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for capital markets
Manage client relationships and provide customer service support
Process transactions
Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision making in capital markets
Requirements:
In penultimate or final year of study in any discipline
Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
