Job Description:

Senior VP role in Capital Calculation and Reporting managing counterparty credit risk lead for accurate RWA reporting including devising solutions, defining remedial actions, managing technology system changes, and working with independent testing/control groups.

Job Responsibility:

Manage counterparty credit risk RWA and TLE activities across Citigroup and CBNA
Partner with stakeholders to drive process, data, and infrastructure enhancements
Support projects and strategic initiatives to improve RWA, Capital and GSIB reporting processes
Partner with Transformation team to implement Consent Order deliverables
Drive continuous improvement in quality and accuracy of Capital Reporting
Work with Data Leads to maintain and enhance data quality

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of Accounting, Capital, Controllers and Reporting experience
Strong familiarity with Regulatory capital rules and reporting frameworks
Ability to develop effective working relationships
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding time frames
Flexibility to work
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or other related field
Masters degree preferred
CFA/FRM preferred
