Job Description:

Lead a high-performing team to drive exceptional customer experiences across remote channels at IKEA. Contribute to a transformed customer engagement approach that connects more accessible interactions with the IKEA brand. Empower team members through development, build a strong customer-focused culture, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable journey for customers.

Job Responsibility:

Drive exceptional customer experiences in all remote channels
Build and lead high-performance teams
Coach and empower team members through development plans
Create and monitor team action plans
Contribute to workforce scheduling and intraday operations
Evaluate adherence to defined processes and behaviors
Identify improvement opportunities
Secure hiring, onboarding, and training according to standards

Requirements:

Experience in leading and coaching teams
Strong customer focus and ability to build committed teams
Ability to create inspiring and motivating work environments
Operational and functional expertise to contribute to scheduling and intraday planning
Knowledge of hiring, onboarding and training processes
Ability to monitor and follow up on team action plans
Performance improvement identification
Individual development and empowerment of team members
