A fast-growing technology organization in Carlsbad is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador for its customer support operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured call-center environment, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and understands the importance of delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide accurate, courteous, and solutions-oriented assistance to customers
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while documenting interactions
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate appropriately when necessary
  • Educate customers on products, services, and account options
  • Meet or exceed quality, call handling, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and data security standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
