Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information

Provide clear and concise responses to questions about park services, policies, and amenities

Requirements:
Previous experience in an inbound call center or customer service role
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
Proficiency in handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Familiarity with booking appointments and managing event confirmations
Ability to remain calm and attentive to detail when dealing with challenging situations
Basic computer skills to navigate and update customer databases
