C12 develops reliable & application-specific quantum computers, to solve highly complex computing tasks, currently out of reach of even most powerful supercomputers. C12 uniquely uses carbon nanotubes as the fundamental building blocks of its quantum processor. This high-purity material minimizes errors, radically improves performance and reduces hardware overhead for fault-tolerant computing. Combined with well-established semiconductor techniques, carbon nanotubes will help scale quantum computing, just as silicon revolutionized classical computing.
Job Responsibility:
Calibrating nanofabrication equipment on a regular basis
In charge of the maintenance of nanofabrication equipment hosted in our cleanroom
Calibration of tools (dry etch, e-beam, evaporator) and monitoring of this calibration by using metrology tools (AFM, SEM, EDX)
Regular maintenance of the cleanroom’s main equipment (e-beam, evaporator, SEM, ICP, etc.) with the assistance of our lab manager and the help of tool manufacturers
Creating, developing and maintaining the user manual, maintenance guideline and checklist, calibration log file and process data sheet
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Nanotechnology, Nanoscience, Quantum Physics, Experimental Physics, Vacuum Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Cryopumps, turbopumps, primary pumps, dry pumps
Chillers, filters, air compressors
Previous experience (> 6 months) of performing nanofabrication autonomously in a cleanroom with the following processes or tools is desired: Dry etch
Wet processes (cleaning, resist spinning and wet etch)
