Job Description:

We are looking for a supportive, people-focused Assistant Manager to help drive the growth of our new cafe in Farringdon. This role is perfect for a Head Barista ready to take the next step, working closely with the General Manager to support the team and ensure operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with the General Manager supporting them day to day
  • Help translate the cafe’s vision and growth goals into reality
  • Ensure the team feels confident, supported and set up to succeed
  • Ensure the coffee program is fully understood, adhered to and consistently implemented
  • Support the team in maintaining excellence in coffee preparation, workflow and quality control
  • Deliver a smooth launch, maintain effective systems and uphold high standards across service, quality and team wellbeing
