Naples Beach Club is seeking an exceptional Café Assistant Manager to support the daily operations and guest experience at Naples Trading Company, a dynamic café and market concept. This role is integral to floor leadership, team development, and operational success, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for both guests and staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead by example on the floor, delivering warm, intuitive hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for every guest
  • Support team leadership efforts, including staffing, training, and daily operational efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management, including maintaining par levels, purchasing, and organizing retail and café products
  • Partner with the Cafe Manager to ensure operational standards, service quality, and brand expectations are consistently met

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • At least 2 years of experience in café, coffee, or retail management
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to remain adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
