Cafe and Bar Assistant

• Guest Experience – Welcome visitors in a friendly, clear, and professional manner
• Food & Beverage Service – Prepare and serve Irish whiskey, cocktails, coffee, soft drinks, and light refreshments
• Bar & Floor Support – Serve on the bar and floor, clear and reset tables, and maintain high service standards
• Retail & Transactions – Operate the till, handle cash confidently, and support retail sales of whiskey and branded merchandise
• Tastings & Tours – Assist with whiskey tastings and visitor groups when required
• Events Support – Help set up, service, and break down private and public events
• Standards & Safety – Maintain cleanliness, glassware standards, and follow all safety and responsible alcohol-service guidelines

• Experience in bar, café, or hospitality roles
• Confidence handling cash and using POS systems
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Flexibility to support bar, floor, café, tastings, and events
• Interest in Irish whiskey and visitor experiences

A second language is an advantage, but not essential

• All tips are paid directly to staff at the end of each shift
