Knowledge of cable TV, fiber optics, and networking principles

Job Responsibility

Install, repair, and maintain cable TV, internet, and phone systems in residential and commercial properties
Run and route cables, including coaxial, fiber optic, and Ethernet, through walls, attics, and underground conduits
Set up and configure modems, routers, and other networking equipment
Conduct signal tests and troubleshoot connectivity issues using specialized tools
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services, answering questions, and educating customers on proper equipment usage
Document installations, repairs, and service reports for company records
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network and service outages
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition
