Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional customer service with a ‘sales through service’ mind-set
Ensure customer satisfaction as a ‘maker of happy’
Prioritize safety of customers, implementing all safety, first aid and service procedures
Build relationships with customers and colleagues
Work as a team to deliver results
Embrace change and the unexpected, from roster adjustments to onboard emergencies
Master new tech and encourage others to do the same

Requirements:

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Motivated to complete and pass training in Safety, First Aid & Service
Skilled at handling multiple priorities, solving problems, and staying composed under pressure
Collaborative team player with strong communication, fluent in English (CEFR B2 or ILR L3)
Flexible and positive mindset
18 years of age on 1st March 2026
Able to reach a height of 6ft.2” (1.89 m)
Able to perform all regulatory duties including fastening aircraft harness
Able to swim at least 25 meters
Willing to undertake Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical
Able to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme and report in uniform at Base in 90 minutes
Must hold a valid UK or Irish passport with 6 months validity and necessary visas
Must undergo background security checks and provide proof of required vaccinations
