Are you passionate about driving operational excellence through data-driven insights? Join our TUI Airline team as a Cabin Crew Operational Performance Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing performance across our global cabin crew network. You will focus on data-driven management of key performance areas such as On-Time Cabin Crew Performance, Absence & Welfare, Revenue Generation, and other critical operational metrics. By collecting, analysing, and reporting SLA and KPI data, you’ll transform insights into actionable measures that improve operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and drive business success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and continuous evolution of a robust reporting framework for Cabin Crew Management
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics to deliver scalable, intuitive dashboards and tools
  • Champion cabin crew performance by identifying trends, implementing targeted improvement initiatives, and driving measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Cabin Crew Divisional Managers to lead cross-network performance initiatives
  • Deliver tailored daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from airline and group stakeholders
  • Develop compelling presentations that translate complex information into clear narratives

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills and experience using analytics software (Tableau), Excel and PowerPoint to transform data into meaningful insights
  • Comfortable working with data and analytical tools to drive performance improvements
  • Strong communication skills to convey performance results clearly in multiple formats to various audiences across a global organisation
  • Strong business English, both spoken and written
