We're looking for a Buying Administrator to join a busy Head Office team in Brighton. This is a hands-on role supporting the buying and replenishment function, ensuring orders, stock and pricing data are accurate and up to date.
Job Responsibility:
Process orders and manage stock transfers efficiently
Check data accuracy in orders, invoices, and product records
Create and maintain product codes
Assist with stock rationalisation and inter-branch movements
Support and train junior admin staff
Help the team with ad-hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year's experience in a Buying Administration or similar role
Strong Excel skills and numeracy
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
Quick learner with the ability to use new systems effectively
