Job Description:

The Butler plays a key role in delivering luxury and personalized service to guests at The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort, embodying the brand ethos of combining timeless glamour with a modern sensibility. The role involves managing guests’ needs during their stay and ensuring a seamless experience, reflective of St. Regis's iconic Butler program. The Butler must exhibit impeccable interpersonal skills, unwavering passion for service, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guests' wishes. Physical activity, such as standing and moving objects up to 50 pounds, is also part of the routine responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify smooth collaboration with departments
Proactively anticipate guest needs and act accordingly
Create a safe workplace and uphold company policies and quality standards
Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance

Requirements:

6-months related work experience required
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
