Job Description:

The Butler provides personalized, high-touch services to fulfill guest needs in a luxury setting. Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining professionalism and quality standards. No supervisory experience required; six months of related work experience necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify departments are equipped to meet guest needs
Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs
Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication
Engage in physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects under 50 pounds.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
6-months related work experience required.
