Job Description:

The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure, in partnership with other departments in the hotel operation. This includes coordinating efforts of Butler Valets and building rapport with guests to proactively anticipate and act upon needs. The role includes ensuring a safe workplace, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Job Responsibility:

Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and ensure departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them
Ensure a safe workplace and uphold quality standards

Requirements:

6-months related work experience required
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
