Job Description:

Professional internship in the Energy Management business unit that includes supply, trading, and dispatch of oil, biofuels, natural gas, electricity, and environmental products. The role focuses on improving efficiency, competitiveness and adaptability through strategic and operational evolution of processes, systems and automation.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate in the maintenance and optimisation of Energy Management tools to ensure continuity of operations
Help execute projects according to the department's roadmap
Perform detailed analyses of existing processes, resources and systems
Propose, design and test innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
Learn to document and supervise the implementation of process changes
Promote ongoing dialogue with various departments to gain a direct understanding of their needs
Help develop action initiatives tailored to Energy Management
Identify potential risks associated with changes and initiatives
Learn to develop and implement strategies to overcome or resolve identified risks
Learn to evaluate the success of risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Empathy and people-oriented approach
Genuine interest in the trading business and essential support activities
Proactive mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to the success of the organisation

Nice to have:

Experience in SQL and Python programming
Experience with Power Automate
