This role exists to bridge the gap between business needs and smart system solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of improvements to our core business systems—enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and driving competitive advantage. Your work will go far beyond simply maintaining existing tools; you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and unlock greater value from the systems we already have in place. Working across all Finnebrogue sites, you’ll deliver solutions that support the entire operation—from factory floor to leadership team—by optimising productivity, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting long-term strategic growth.

Requirements:
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Ability to bridge business needs and system solutions
Skills in analysis, design, and implementation of business system improvements
Experience with core business systems (ERP, MES mentioned)
Ability to identify opportunities to improve business processes
Problem-solving, communication, and strategic skills
Self-starting and resourceful
Comfortable with systems analysis, development, user support, training, and change management
Hands-on with process design and stakeholder negotiation
Proactive in identifying improvements and pushing for change
