Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency and productivity through the design, implementation, and testing of our business systems. Your focus areas will include NetSuite and Salesforce, among other major business-facing applications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a key liaison between various stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements
Evaluate potential solutions and lead efforts to implement them effectively
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the systems
Support the application portfolios for each department and strive to meet all IT service level agreements
Work closely with the user community within the organization to address their needs and resolve any issues
Focus your efforts on our NetSuite ERP and SalesForce CRM systems, among other business-facing applications
Continuously seek to improve efficiency and productivity through the design and implementation of system enhancements
Perform A/B testing to optimize system performance
Utilize your skills in Agile Scrum methodology to manage projects and tasks effectively
Develop and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and inquiries

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar
Proficient in business systems, including the ability to understand and manage complex systems
Demonstrated experience with AB Testing and ability to use this skill to optimize system performance
Agile Scrum certification or equivalent experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
Advanced knowledge of NetSuite, including both use and development
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Development
Proven ability to gather and document system requirements effectively
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the ability to validate system functionality and user satisfaction
