Job Description:

Team Connect is Poland’s leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. Since 2008 we successfully create and develop software for our clients. We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development – from the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyzing and describing business and system processes
  • Creating and managing process documentation in tools such as Confluence
  • Designing process flows using BPMN/UML
  • Working with REST API, including reading .json file structures, using Swagger, and creating basic .json files
  • Writing SQL queries (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT) and designing basic database table structures
  • Managing tasks and requirements in JIRA
  • Collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure proper system integration
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for system functionalities

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of BPMN/UML notation
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in process description and management using tools like Enterprise Architect, Camunda Modeler, or similar
  • Knowledge of REST API, ability to use Swagger, read .json structures, and create basic .json files
  • Knowledge of SQL (basic SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT queries)
  • Ability to design basic database table structures
  • Experience in creating documentation in Confluence
