Job Responsibility:
Leading business and system analysis across pre-sales, discovery, and delivery to align business objectives with technical feasibility
Running elicitation sessions, interviews, and technical deep dives to capture requirements, constraints, data needs, and integration expectations
Translating business goals into functional/non-functional requirements, system rules, and integration logic
Managing multiple initiatives with clear communication, documentation, and coordination across teams
Providing stakeholders with structured, technically sound explanations to ensure alignment between business, design, and engineering
Creating and maintaining detailed system specifications, including APIs, service behavior, validation rules, errors, and edge cases
Producing system documentation (SRS/FRD, integration specs, use cases, diagrams, data and service flows)
Modeling business processes and system interactions using UML/BPMN
Breaking down high-level requirements into work packages, WBS, user stories, and technical tasks
Validating requirements through demos, walkthroughs, prototypes, and clarifications
Supporting estimations by defining scope, assumptions, constraints, and risks
Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and hidden requirements and proposing alternatives
Ensuring traceability between business objectives, requirements, system behavior, and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
Experience in a hybrid Business/System Analyst role for 5+ years, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
Experience in discovery and pre-sales phases, including solution vision, scoping, and facilitating workshops
Strong experience in system and requirement documentation (vision & scope, APIs, integrations, ERDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), using UML/BPMN where appropriate
Solid understanding of system behavior, integrations, and service communication
Proficiency with common analysis and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, API and diagramming tools)
Basic SQL skills and understanding of common data formats and API specifications
Experience in one or more relevant domains (e.g. FinTech, Healthcare, data-intensive systems)
Level of English – from Advanced and above
Nice to have:
Experience working in regulatory environments (HIPAA, GDPR, PII, PCI DSS, etc.)
