Job Description:

We are representing an Engineering company based in Rawtenstall who are looking to add a Lead Generator to their small sales team. This is a brand new role so an exciting time to join this company. The role involves supporting the sales team, generating leads, performing market research, and administrative duties.

Job Responsibility:

Utilising online search tools to find business leads
Generate sales leads
Website searching
General support to sales team
Respond to client queries quickly and efficiently, always giving excellent customer service
Creating marketing packs for team
Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate client information
Adhoc administration duties as directed by team
Upholding professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously
Equipped with strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with CRMs
Computer literate with excellent attention to detail
Understanding of a sales-focused environment and how to effectively support the team
Website literate and confident with optimising leads online
