Coloplast is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Director to lead our business support functions and drive operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will oversee critical support services, ensuring seamless processes that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives. Your role will focus on optimising systems, improving efficiency, and delivering high-quality support across Finance and Operation functions. You will lead a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional service and solutions that empower our organisation to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the Statutory Director, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks across Australia and New Zealand, as well as adherence to Coloplast Business Ethics Standards
Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders on financial and operational implication of business decisions
Partner with the Country Manager to deliver strong P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance
Own the P&L forecasting process, collaborating closely with Commercial Team on revenue stream forecasting
Oversee preparation and management of internal and external financial reporting, forecasts, and planning, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Develop and maintain a robust system of internal controls in partnership with Global Corporate Finance
Manage and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including insurance provides, auditors, and tax authorities
Lead operational functions including Customer Service, Logistics, Projects, IT and Distribution Centre while driving continuous improvement and efficiency
Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and HR teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Managerial Economics, or a related degree
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role with proven expertise in regulatory compliance
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering strategic financial insights
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to visualise and drive business growth
Exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively and build relationships
Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement
Proven track record in executing strategic plans and achieving business objectives
