Job Responsibility:
Providing end-to-end business and technical support for core Investment Platform applications, including the handling of major incidents
Delivering first- and second-level support to Investment Platform users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Supporting the T+1 settlement process for U.S. transactions, including participation in an on-call rotation
Escalating issues to third-line support when necessary
Delivering training and coaching to users of the supported applications
Staying informed about current and upcoming changes to applications and related business processes
Developing strong relationships with users to better understand their needs and expectations
Identifying and recommending opportunities for technical and business process enhancements in collaboration with product teams
Maintaining clear documentation of support-related processes, tasks, and procedures
Requirements:
University degree in technology or a related discipline, preferably with a focus on finance
Relevant professional experience within asset management or the banking industry
Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, and FX
Demonstrated experience in application support
Good command of Windows, UNIX, SQL, and Oracle, with proven database querying capabilities
Analytical and solution-driven mindset, able to perform efficiently under pressure with a high sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Full professional proficiency in English and a good level of French are required
Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different locations
Nice to have:
Solid expertise in SimCorp OMS / book of record would be a strong asset
Knowledge of ITIL best practices is an advantage
