Our client is seeking a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join their small but dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborating with your team to meet performance targets and customer timelines
Processing apprenticeship certificate claims and managing printing and despatch processes
Conducting quality checks on the work of your peers to maintain high standards
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing general inquiries and specific account questions
Assisting wider Operations teams with various tasks as needed
Hosting and facilitating smooth virtual training sessions on Zoom
Liaising with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Requirements:
A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
Exceptional attention to detail, even when handling repetitive tasks
Strong IT skills and previous administration experience (desirable)
A basic understanding of Apprenticeships is advantageous but not necessary
