Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading and highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants in York looking to recruit a Business Services Senior. The firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to a broad client base. The role offers a varied and rewarding experience, career progression opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
Providing advice and support to clients on financial and accounting matters
Assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior staff
Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies where necessary
Ensuring work is completed to deadlines and in line with relevant regulations

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA Qualified (or finalist/QBE with relevant experience)
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Good technical knowledge and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
