Job Responsibility:
Performing the Quality check on monitoring reviews
documenting quality fails, learnings or issues
monitoring compliance of controls according to regulatory requirements
providing inputs during the Control & Monitoring Design Assessment to draft and define procedures
assessing timeliness, accuracy and completeness of MCA through controls
coordinating adherence to MCA Standard
collaborating with onshore and offshore teams
escalating control failures
completing quality checks within submission timelines
assisting in creating and maintaining reports for control tracking and analysis
identifying risks across the business
organizing cross-functional solutions
challenging existing controls and identifying opportunities for enhancement
Requirements:
Good understanding of the Risk & control framework and the underlying concepts on Risk Management
performing quality checks on monitoring reviews defined per ARCM
documenting quality fails, learnings or issues and passing feedback to supervisor
monitoring compliance of control as appropriate to regulatory requirements
providing inputs during the Control & Monitoring Design Assessment
assessing timeliness, accuracy and completeness of MCA through controls
coordinating adherence to MCA Standard
collaborating with onshore and offshore teams and participating in trainings and meetings
escalating control failures
completing quality checks within submission timelines
assisting in creating and maintaining reports for control tracking and analysis
identifying risks and organizing cross-functional solutions
challenging existing controls and identifying enhancement opportunities
additional duties as assigned
