Job Responsibility:
Develop clear, comprehensive documentation, including solution scope, design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder alignment and accountability
Support the development and execution of strategic programs, serving as a trusted partner to enable leadership decision-making and program excellence
Establish, track, and refine processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory policies while identifying opportunities for automation and adoption
Assist in defining program goals and priorities by translating stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks
Support the creation and maintenance of project roadmaps to manage expectations, communicate plans, and coordinate resources
Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, contributing insights and guidance to support successful outcomes
Deliver clear, strategic communications to diverse audiences, ensuring timely information sharing and feedback
Support risk identification, assessment, and monitoring, tracking potential impacts on program objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand challenges, define goals, prioritize deliverables, and assess program impact
Contribute to defining and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across programs
Partner with stakeholders and teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals
