Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Business Process Engineer to analyze, design, and optimize business workflows, improving efficiency and scalability. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance automation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Assess, design, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable, data-driven solutions
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to align process enhancements with business objectives
Leverage automation and technology to optimize workflows
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
SQL experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in process mapping tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
