Job Description:

The role involves acting as a business partner for HPE Aruba Networking Sales Geographies, working closely with leadership to manage sales processes, provide analytics, and support operational needs across the EMEA region. The individual will work with cross-functional teams, drive improvements, and foster a culture of collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a business partner for the HPE Aruba Networking Sales Geographies within your scope, supporting the Leadership team and Field Sales
  • drive sales compensation and quota setting, and deployment processes aligned with the HPE Aruba Networking business strategy
  • facilitate the resolution of Sales Compensation-related issues raised by managers and the sales team
  • support business with internal governance processes, including forecasting, Demand Planning, Pipeline management
  • provide high-quality, on-time business analytics to the HPE Aruba Networking Management team
  • support the continuous improvement of the Pipeline, including data quality
  • ensure the effective implementation of sales processes
  • develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and knowledge sharing
  • support the sales team with operational needs related to tool training, process guidance, etc.
  • identify and build relationships with key players in each function
  • develop and maintain an understanding of the applicable HPE business processes
  • maintain strong linkage with the HPE Aruba Networking Finance team

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in an Operational / Financial or Business Analyst role or similar, preferably in a large, competitive corporate MNC
  • commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross-functional teams across an organization
  • strong business mindset is key, with a ‘run to the fire’ attitude
  • intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and a positive approach
  • able to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision
  • strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite, with PowerPoint and advanced Excel experience
  • fluent English essential as well as Hebrew, Native Level
