Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Partner Manager to join our successful team. This role will be based in the Republic of Ireland and be field-based, so candidates must be able to drive and happy in a field-based role with plenty of travel. You will be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through our strategic partnerships; managing existing relationships, developing new partnerships and overseeing the integration and execution of partnership strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, professional services teams, to develop strategies for our Partner network
  • Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships through our business partner programmes
  • Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners
  • Take ownership of partnerships reporting and performance
  • Work effectively cross functionally within Toshiba to realise opportunities for increasing revenues and profits
  • Continually seek opportunities to innovate the TUIS dealer service proposition utilising sector and cross sector knowledge
  • Responsible for assisting with the budget and business plans for assigned Dealers within a defined area

Requirements:

  • Experience of successfully building partner programs and achieving set targets within hardware/software/Saas/Cloud environment
  • Proven experience in channel/partner management, within managed print solutions and/or Barcode solutions
  • Ability to articulate the value of MFP and barcode solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets, growing revenue, and managing pipelines
  • Experience conducting business reviews, partner development plans, and go-to-market activities
  • Background in field-based roles with frequent travel
  • Commercial understanding of hardware, solutions software, and service-based offerings
  • Previous exposure to Irish channel networks
  • Track record of delivering solutions in a B2B partner environment

Nice to have:

  • A good understanding of Toshiba Tec hardware and software products
  • Knowledge of asset leasing
