Job Description:

To improve operational efficiency and optimize costs, it is essential to have a deep understanding of actual tasks and daily operations through logistics management. Tackling complex challenges requires a logical approach and the ability to propose effective solutions. For this, strong data analysis skills and excellent communication abilities—especially the capacity to take initiative and collaborate smoothly with others—are crucial. In addition, when leading change management or improvement projects, it is important to manage budgets strategically and work closely with company executives and other stakeholders to ensure steady progress and successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

To improve operational efficiency and optimize costs, it is essential to have a deep understanding of actual tasks and daily operations through logistics management
Tackling complex challenges requires a logical approach and the ability to propose effective solutions
To actively support the steering of the Distribution Center operational business in order to secure availability at lowest possible cost by preparing for decisions through analysis of common agreed information and give directions for improvement
Contribute to the development of the Delivery Process

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Japanese
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint, Word
Previous experience of demand and challenge to influence the consequence
Strong Supporting and Challenging, ability to communicate and influence different levels in the organization
Eager to learn and has the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to adapt to business changes and not hesitant to initiate or bring own ideas/opinions forward
Able to organize own work to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
Analytical and ability to see the bigger picture

Nice to have:

Good understanding working in Retail, Logistics, and supply chain
Project management and/or upper management stakeholder engagement
Communication ability to influence and drive business topics with our value based approach
facilitating and coaching skill (e.g. trainings, forums, daily dialogue)
