Job Description:

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to leading the store Business Plan process, driving and coordinating the financial business planning process, identifying commercial opportunities, understanding the Profit & Loss for the store, optimising and developing the store results and performance, providing relevant business information, securing proper analysis for investments, leading and developing teams, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the store Business Plan process together with the market manager and management team
Drive and coordinate the financial business planning process
Together with the commercial team identify commercial opportunities
Having the full understanding of the Profit & Loss for the store
Optimise and develop the store results and performance continuously
Provide relevant, user-friendly business information
Secure that all investments are done with a proper analysis or business ROI
Lead and develop leaders and teams in the areas of responsibility of the BNO function
Provide a safe, secure and compliant environment for our customers, suppliers and co-workers
Secure implementation of relevant rules and guidelines in the areas of Risk and compliance, cash administration routines, accounting rules etc

Requirements:

Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related field preferred
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Stakeholder management: very good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
