Job Description:

The Business Navigation Leader will facilitate prioritization decisions through insightful business performance analysis, lead the implementation and development of the Business Performance Framework, and act as a strategic business partner for various processes and functions. The role involves leading goal-setting processes, managing budget frames, and collaborating with Finance to deliver effective financial frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, with at least five years of leadership experience in Finance or Business Navigation.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate prioritization decisions through insightful business performance analysis
Lead the implementation and development of the Business Performance Framework
Act as a strategic business partner for Processes Level 2-3, Capabilities Areas and Business Functions
Partner with various steering mechanisms to drive performance excellence
Lead goal-setting process and the follow-up
Plan and manage budget frames for a 1-3 year horizon
Collaborate with Finance to deliver effective financial frameworks and budgets
Assess internal business performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and deviations
Inspire and empower partners to excel their performance
Grow understanding of business steering principles, planning tools and artifacts among peers
Nurture performance culture and outcome mindset

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of five years' experience in a leader role within Finance, Business Navigation, or Business Steering in either a local or global organization
Expertise in stakeholder management and business partnering
Thorough understanding of profit and loss statements and key performance measurements
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet budgets and goals while setting and implementing actionable plans

Nice to have:

Practical application skills in AI and automation within finance, performance, and analytics
Knowledge in retail operations and franchising business models
Financial modelling with forecasting and budgeting
